"Be ready for stairs, and the ac is on the wall in the kitchen and one in the dining room area. So the farthest room was a little warm, which we were lucky and a family member likes it that way. It’s in an amazing location and the bakery across the street it’s highly recommended. The only problem we had is the back door hinges were not screwed in so we couldn’t use the back patio, and there seems to be some kind of chewy melted snack food items stuck to the sheets in one of the beds. I got it...

"Great location! Good space for 2 couples or a small family to make their home base for a Dubuque visit. Very clean. Has everything you need. Check in and check out were a breeze. Just be aware that the stairs up to the 2nd floor are pretty steep. It was no problem for our party but might be for others. Would stay here again for sure."

"Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)"

"Great property! Loft was exactly as advertised. Great location! It had everything we needed for our stay."

"Clean and great location! I didn’t realize there were 4 apartments above Koreanna, which made it a bit noisy at times. There could be more furniture in the living room. The kitchen was minimalist—it had a toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. It sleeps 7."

"My husband and I had a fabulous anniversary trip. Aaron was a great communicator, accommodating and kind. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We walked everywhere which was perfect. Enjoyed the museum and dinner/ breakfast at Caroline’s was amazing! Downtown city buzz was a bit loud at times but we didn’t mind. We would come back again! Incredible trip. "

"Absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this VRBO to others!"

"We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full...

"I would have loved to be able to leave a better review/rating but unfortunately their were too many hiccups and disturbances to allow that. The host, Kayden, was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The inside was very clean and had everything you could need. The building itself was as expected however being a mom traveling alone with 2 kids I do wish the neighborhood was a little better. During our second night we...

"We stayed in Suite 1 of Day Street Suites for 3 nights for a long weekend get away. This historic mansion has been lovingly updated. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had anything needed to cook or have quick snack. Comfy bed & furniture and plenty of fluffy towels. A short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. If you go on a weekend make reservations to eat Pizza @ Luna Valley Farm. It’s just a short drive into the country. All communication from Bruce & Kaleen was clear &...

"We loved that it is right on the street to everything."
