"Roomy"

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Clean facilities"

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"Room is clean, front desk staff is friendly."

"The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. "Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5."

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"All good"

"Suggest Chang towel every day."

"The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Stayed here as close to family. Clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Recommend."

"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good."

"Stay there often and love it, always clean and has great perks like pool spas in rooms and a buffet breakfast. One of the best overnight stays in the area for an affordable price."

"Big, clean rooms with freshly renovated bathrooms. The king bed is comfy and the rooms are far enough away from the road you don't hear much at all."
