"This was our 2nd stay at Blinkbonnie this year! The cottage is a very special place to stay, so peaceful with fantastic views & everything that you need. The position of the cottage enables you to travel in every direction to a variety of places within easy reach! I would highly recommend staying at Blinkbonnie - definitely an escape from every day life! "

"This cottage is absolutely gorgeous…beautifully decorated with quality fixtures and fittings giving it a very homely feel. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need - even the children’s Wendy house was well stocked with toys! There was a lovely ‘welcome tray’ of cakes shortbread and very welcome beers, Prosecco, soft drinks and a “baby box” with nappies baby shampoo baby bath oil cream etc…such a lovely touch! Colette was most helpful with our requests and checked up on us to see...

"This property was wonderful to stay at with a large family gathering. The area was beautiful and the lodge was outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped and a great gathering spot. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and some even braved a dip in the loch. I highly recommend this property and Alex is a wonderful host."

"We stayed in the jungle room. The room was upstairs we thought it was joined to hot tub area a quick walk through the stunning house to private garden area was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff could not do anymore to make our stay amazing. Make sure to bring cash for cocktails and honesty shop. Fire pit was lovely to sit at in the evening also."

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"This is a beautiful property in an ideal location for day trips if you have a vehicle. As a family of four, we had plenty of space to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation and dinners easy. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after our full days of exploring the stunning Scottish countryside. "

"Lovely property with nice indoor and outdoor areas including hot tub. Cottage is semi detached so you have others directly through the fence if both in the garden (may be useful to know if you are taking dogs that would bark at this). Host very helpful.The only issue we had was with the decoration package purchased for 49. We received a reusable neon sign outdoor and a few blown up balloons and a banner in the living room which we did not find worth the money paid but a nice touch for our friend...

"This was a perfect short stay for my father and I before heading to other parts of Scotland, it's very walkable to cute coffee shops and second hand stores, and restaurants! The flat was very cute and cozy and had everything we needed. They were quick to respond and made everything a breeze! Would recommend! "
