"Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

"This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!"

"Really happy with our rental. We used this rental as it was 15 minutes away from my daughter‘s wedding venue at Destiny Ranch. Home is spacious and extremely clean. We did not utilize the pool, but it looked clean as well. As other reviewers have said, there are some neighborhood homes that are not in the best shape, but do not let that deter you from renting this home. "Great location for Kayaking, Biking, Golfing and shopping. We loved having a private drive, screened porch and backyard to store our bikes and other gear when not in use. We had 4 adults and stayed busy for a full week. Thanks for a great stay. "

"This property is still a WIP, the master bedroom and bathroom still being worked on. The host Chantelle was extremely friendly and very helpful during our check-in. At the moment this is an ideal short stay property of 2 to 3 nights, with only one small bathroom available it's a inconvenience over a longer stay. Location for us was ideal, close to the 44 for East/West travel also the 29/441 for North/South travel. And of course Orlando is within easy reach.This property has a lot of potential...

"We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! "
