After a day at the beach, on the golf course, hiking or skiing, the year-round hot tub is conveniently located just steps away from your door.

You’ll find a 55" Samsung QLED 4K flat-screen TV with Shaw Blue Curve giving you access to unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, a premium cable package, including the sports package, as well as access to Netflix and YouTube. Not into TV? No worries. There’s also a Wii U with multiple games including Mario Kart and a selection of board games and cards to keep the whole family entertained. Need to catch up on some emails or jump on a Zoom call? The computer desk and unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi are all you’ll need.

Kitchen
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. The pristine kitchen, complete with new stainless-steel appliances, has everything you need to get the job done with ease. Whether you’re cooking your favorite dish, stopping in for a quick bite to eat in between outdoor adventures, or winding down with a drink and some snacks at the end of the day, this kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.

Parking
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning in the summer at our town’s local market.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Invermere. It is close to the main strip and to the beach. There is lots to do in the area. Our highlights were the Columbia River Paddle (an easy paddle through the wetlands) and playing mini-golf at Ozzie's. Oh, and the doughnuts from the Invermere bakery were delicious! The unit was comfortable and relatively clean. The modern mountain decor is nice!

We enjoyed our weekend with a cozy and welcoming place to stay. It fit our group of 5 just right. Close to the beach, restaurants and a quick drive to anywhere we needed to go. Quiet building and the teens really enjoyed the pool and hot tub access!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our expectations. The check-in and check-out was a tad awkward as the elevator was out of service so it meant many trips up and down the stairs. Otherwise everything else was great.

A wonderful, well appointed condo. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and exploring the areas we are staying in. The hosts have everything well planned and are quick to respond to any and all inquires. A slight downside is there is some traffic noise, but, not too bad. We would definitely recommend this location.

The condo was clean and well furnished. We were surprised to see that the 3rd "bedroom" was only a corner of the condo with a bed and a curtain across, no wall or door. Looking back at the description, it did say "open concept bedroom". However, we found the wording of 3 bedroom a bit misleading. It turned out that one couple couldn't make it, so it was not needed, but there would have been no privacy for them. And it was very tight, no closet or room for luggage. There was also a peculiar smell, perhaps stale cigarette smoke??

The property was very clean and organized. It was very close to all amenities (2 min walk to lake windermere). We were a group of 5 with a 2 year old. It had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the BBQ was great. Pool area was clean. Would not hesitate to book this unit again.
