This condo is located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to:

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

5. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

7. No pets of any kind are permitted in this unit.

We stayed as a middle aged couple for 4 nights early September 2024. Plenty of space, very clean, quiet, and AC was working well. The kitchen is well stocked and has a big fridge. Bed was comfortable and we loved the view from the balcony. Enjoyed also the pool and hot tubs right across our building. The only thing that could use a thorough cleaning or replacement are the carpets in the hallways of the building. Would definitely book again!

Great Location

The suite was clean, very well maintained and spacious, the grounds were well kept, and amenities were excellent and the location was very central with quick and easy access everywhere. We had a small issue with one of the appliances but the owner was very responsive and had the issue resolved very quickly.

Unit was great. Some issues with check in and door code but able to contact someone easily. Clean spacious and comfortable, easy access to ski hill. Not well stocked. We came with three and only had towels for two. Dishwasher broken and had to ask for more dish towels but were delivered promptly. Overall I would stay here again but would like the dishwasher to be fixed!
