PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.

Located just minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to: 

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle-board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Amazing view and quiet location! The accommodations were great, we saw deer from the balcony every day. You could also see the beach and lake. We had everything we needed, grocery stores, restaurants were close by even to walk. The pool and hot tub were a bonus as well we went to Radium Hot Springs one day. Would definitely recommend to stay there again, Invermere is beautiful and peaceful…not the same crowded and busy as Banff and Canmore!

Stay was good-location great, amenities great, The only issue is they show phots of a three bedroom unit. It is really a 2 bedroom with a den that they put a bed in. No window no closet.That is against code in windermere. My guests felt uneasy about sleeping in a bedroom with no window and chose to sleep on the couch. Owner says they showed phots but not photos that showed there was no window or no closet in that den/bedroom. Misleading ad at best.

Lovely patio with an amazing view and comfy chairs. Easy walk to the beach and while we weren’t able to navigate the garage parking there was lots of parking on the street and no problem leaving the vehicle out there overnight. Would recommend

The condo was as advertised, the communication with the manager was very good always with prompt replies. There were a few issues when we checked in but were promptly resolved. One suggestion would be to have a luggage cart in the loddy to be able to transport luggage and provision to the room. This would significantly assist in getting checked in especially with the longer stays in the facility. Overall really good with no complaints Ed and Raquel Schreiner

We had a fantastic time. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Excellent suite with 3 separate rooms and huge living space for watching tv, patio overlooking the water. Only thing I would recommend is drive a lower vehicle for the parking underground. Otherwise would book again and likely will.

Check in was easy and the condo was very nice, with everything needed. Location was great. We have a large truck and couldn’t fit in the underground, but could generally find visitor parking, though it was very busy at times. Had to go a little further than expected to walk the dog as the green spaces around the buildings are marked as no dogs, but we’re very happy to be able to have our dog stay with us. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Snuck away for a quick gettaway to enjoy the peace of Invermere. Great unit with tones of space for the whole family. Definitely return in the summer to enjoy the area with warmer conditions.

The location was terrific. Overall cleanliness was good. We had to request extra bath towels and a bath mat. The third bedroom was not exactly a bedroom. No closet or dresser in it. Not sure if it should be advertised as a 3 bedroom unit. Loved the view . Would consider coming back but not with 3 couples.

3 of us rented this incredible gem for 2 nights and we wished we would have booked for a week. Clean, comfortable beds. We each had our own bedroom! Everything you would need to cook(we went out), a washer and dryer, roomy and spacious, the most gorgeous views, and the friendliest people here! We would rent again in a heartbeat and are already planning another vacation for your property. Thank you so much for the opportunity to see this beautiful piece of the province.

We were impressed with all this property had to offer. Cupboards were well stocked. Our only concern was the BBQ was not clean and neither was the deck. The rest was good and we loved having the pool and lake close by.
