GROUND FLOOR PATIO
Your private patio space features a nice conversation set to sit and socialize with lights hung above to add mood lighting. The BBQ grill works great all year & comes set up with propane.


LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking space. Additional outdoor visitor parking lot spaces are available.


PANORAMA SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

There is a bus during the winter months that runs all day up to Panorama Mountain Resort. The bus pick-up is just a few minutes` walk from the condo at the Dairy Queen.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We stayed for 2 nights with our adult children. With the exception of getting all your things into the suite it was as per listing. The parking was far away and you can’t park at the entrance. Other guests brought wagons to carry their luggage from the car to the suites. We made lots of trips instead. The pool and hot tub area was very busy. We enjoyed the park and beach area which is within walking distance.

Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Efficient kitchen with all necessary tools and bbq tools. Pool area often too busy as small. No tiys allowed in pool not as much fun. We stayed here earlier this summer and enjoyed it so much, came back again. Only problem is my oldest lost their retainer while we were on our stay, I don’t know how to get a hold of anyone to ask if it was found and could possibly be sent to us?

Great getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated, inviting, and felt comfortable to stay in. It was a good distance from everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed visiting the pool and hot tubs after dinner.

Good

Quiet location. Hot tub was out of order during our stay which was not communicated prior to the stay and the price was not adjusted for the inconvenience. We had to travel to Radium Hot Springs. Remote controls need to be replaced due to being chewed by a prior pet. There were construction workers directly outside the balcony during the day. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Great condo!

We loved this place!! Every thing was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We thought it was so cute and kind to have dog bowls out and poop bags! Saved us when we forgot a water bowl for our pups! We definitely would stay again and recommend this place, thank you!

The Beach!

We had a very enjoyable experience staying at this property. Chelsey was quick to reply to any questions we had! The locations was fantastic and having both a short walk into town and the beach and access to an onsite pool was very nice! We will be booking this property again in the future!

Excellent hosts, unit and location

The hosts were easy to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. The unit itself was lovely, well furnished and thoughtfully stocked. I loved how close to the beach it it is as well as several restaurants and downtown. The negatives were at the pool was under repair and the mattresses weren’t very comfortable.

Acccomodation served us well

Could not use underground parking because we have a 1/2 ton truck and too hard to park with cement beams too close. Need better lighting in living room area. Hard to read. Had to call about how to use TV. Would be helpful to have paper instructions. Tablet we could hardly read. Was too fussy.
