Welcome to this contemporary yet cozy Lake Windermere Pointe condo in the heart of Invermere. Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped condo to enjoy your vacation! Steps away from James Chabot Beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a flat-screen TV, you can use the DVD player to log into Netflix. Your kids will love the PS3 with a great selection of games to keep them entertained. Also within the TV stand, you will find books, games, and DVDs!

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Features a luxurious queen-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, and giant walk-through closet. Snuggle up in bed and watch a movie with the smart TV. The dresser will allow you to completely unpack to feel right at home!

BEDROOM #2
Featuring a queen size bed with premium linens this room is like a second master.

PATIO
Has a nice little conversation piece to sit and socialize with north-facing views. The propane grill will work great all year.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

PANORAMA SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.

Family friendly condo

We had an excellent time at this condo. It has good kitchen amenities, the kids loved the pool, and communication with the owners is great. Would recommend to other families.

It was a very nice clean 2bedroom condo in Invermere. It was walking distance to downtown, the beach, grocery stores. The building was clean and easy to get to. It is close to the main road so you can hear traffic on the balcony but otherwise it was a great place to stay

Amazing place

We had a terrific time staying at this immaculate rental. The place was easy to find and access. It was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, close to a park, playground and beach. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Rather disappointed as it said beachfront but we couldn’t even see the beach! We were facing a very busy loud road and a hot tub store! It was rather hot inside and the thermostats would not let you go lower than 21degrees. The hide-abed mattress was stained and the whole couch needed a good cleaning as well as the area carpet yuck! The bathrooms were surfaced clean only (toilet was dirty). It’s a good unit just need to drop the beachfront and be cleaned better. Unfortunately don’t think we will stay there again

This was a beautiful area and the property was lovely . The unit itself was clean and well taken care of with everything we needed and super comfortable. The hosts were amazing with detailed communication of how to access everything we needed. I appreciated the details and communication a lot from the hosts. The property itself was in a wonderful location and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub alot my kids enjoyed it so much. The lake is right there next to the property so very accessible and easy to walk and explore the area . We will absolutely stay again same property and with the fabulous host . After this experience we won’t even bother to do hotel stays anymore , this was amazing loved the home away from home feel of this experience and it’s so much more comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need and especially with a family you need and appreciate having this type of space and amenities. 5 star absolutely recommend

Apartment was great for location and amenities included. Would stay there again. It could have been a bit cleaner though. The dishwasher was still full, the sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned. Super dusty on Coffee table and TV console. Other than that all good.

Summer vacation

Condo was perfect size for our family of 4. We had issues with the PS3 not working and it was looked at right away even though it still didn’t work in the end. Great location to James Chablis beach that we walked to every day.

Get Getaway Location

Very comfortable and well equipped two bedroom two bathroom unit. It was just my daughter and self travelling together but it could have accommodated two couples easily. There was also a pullout bed if necessary. The location was easy walking to James Cabot beach park and a quick drive to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Exactly what we needed.

Checking in was easy with all keyless access. Underground parking was equally easy to access. The unit is on the back side of the development with no real view to speak of but that didn’t matter to us. Location was very convenient, since we have family in the same development. All appliances were easy to use and the little things like garbage bags and dishwasher detergent were fully stocked. I had indicated that I might like to be in the other building to be closer to my niece’s condo, but this place was just so seamless I will almost certainly be back. Clean, comfortable, easy and convenient.

Good value

The unit was as expected, well equipped and clean. The building was very noisy, I don't know if it was the proximity to the elevator but we could hear people walking above us until the wee hours of the morning - didn't bother my partner but I'm a light sleeper so it kept me up later than I would have liked. It wasn't party/excessive noise so I can't blame anyone, it's just a poorly sound proofed building so we heard everything above us. The info in unit said the hot tub was open 9-9 but it's actually 10-10 so we were thought we missed our chance after dinner but were pleasantly surprised we still had an hour to soak. Overall, we were happy with what we got for the price.

Comfortable stay in convenient condo. The condo was clean and everything was as described on the site. It was great to have an indoor parking spot as the weather was quite cold. However, the underground parking is height limited, so roof racks don't fit very well.
