YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Welcome to 'Cha Cha'. A family friendly And PET Friendly holiday home 300m to the Inlet Beach and an easy 1km walk to the town centre.
A cosy and comfortable holiday home with everything you will need to make your break in Inverloch as comfortable as possible.
Extras you will find: FREE WiFi, an APPLE TV With FREE NETFLIX, LCD TV with Amp and bluetooth, DVD player and movies, BBQ, stereo, table tennis table, board games and books, dog bowls and for those who enjoy a nice coffee, a Espresso Coffee Machine (Aldi)
We can't forget to mention the addition of a massive deck, and French doors opening out onto it, to enjoy those summer bbq's, plus a reverse cycle airconditioner inverter, to keep you cool during summer and warmer through those cooler months!

There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of the human and furry varieties safe. Plenty of off street parking with a large single garage and high carport if you're into boating. Bedding (Pillows, doonas and covers) is included and if there is a baby in the family a cot (2) is also available, though you would need to supply own linen and bedding for this. 3 bedrooms consisting of-
Bed 1: 1 Queen
Bed 2: 1 Bunk, 1 single bed with trundle and 1 spare mattress.
Bed 3: 1 Double
There is one bathroom, with a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied on REQUEST ONLY at an extra cost of $20.00 PER PERSON. However, due to laundering difficulties, linen is unavailable over the peak periods. Please ask if you are unsure.

Don't forget to bring the bikes. At the top end of Cuttriss Street, there is a BMX track all the kids will love, at the other end of Cuttriss, is a path which takes you into town and around towards the surf beach.
We also have a range of adult and children's bicycles hanging in the garage that you are free to use, so if you can't fit yours in, just bring your helmet.

Great location and comfortable house

It was a walk with doggies every morning and afternoon at the nearby dog beach , it was the comfortable beds and cleanliness and the lovely sunny weather that made this a great stay

Cha Cha - for families and pets

Our first trip away with puppy. The property was all was could have asked for. Very kid and pet friendly. Within walking distance from everything and equipped with w everything a family would need, especially for those non-beach days. Plenty of activities, games, movies to pass the time.

Great location with good facilities

Property was close to the beach and an easy walk into town. There was good fencing both for children and dogs. Dog beach was just at the end of the road. We enjoyed our week there very much. Host was easy to contact and answered any queries promptly.

Best place for family beach stay

Great location, short walk to family and dog friendly beach. Kids loved the table tennis and board games. Dog loved the big yard and the twice daily beach walks.The house is comfortable and has everything you’d need for stress free holiday. Thanks again Shane and Pete, for another fabulous stay!

Lovely pet friendly get away

I had a lovely time with my Weimaraner, Shae was excellent to deal with, prompt communication, lots of information. Location is a short stroll to the Inlet. A few places to eat in the suburb. Very pet friendly home, there's a doggie door for the small pooches. It was a very equipt place, excellent for a family too. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Charming escape

Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season.

Cha Cha was very comfortable, in a great location and secure for our dog. We didn’t have great weather but the house was cosy and beds very comfortable. We did lots of walks, eating and relaxing

Great for families

We had a lovely stay at Cha Cha. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Lots of crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. Even things like oil, cling wrap and aluminium foil were available. And hand soap and dishwashing liquid provided too. Travelling with a 4 year old and a 9 month old, we usually have to bring heaps of toys/entertainment for them. Not to Cha Cha though - there were heaps of toys for babies and older kids around! Our toys from home didn’t get used at all. Two high chairs there, one is a fold up portable one and one free standing wooden one. Backyard is fully fenced, clean and safe for young kids to run around in. There is a swing set which kids might need a little help with. And in the garage lots of things to borrow too. Our 4 year old loved the scooter! Property is close enough for little legs to walk to the inlet beach, which is calm and perfect for very young kids. Pete and Shae were great to deal with and provided very timely assistance when needed. We had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely Situation,

We had a lazy few days at the property in Feb 2024. The situation was very good indeed and the property clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a few issues with the tv remote but fortunately had tech savvy daughters with us. Unfortunately my husband was not well and we had to make the decision to cut short our stay. Shae very kindly offered us another day when we return.

Great little stay

Thanks Shae and Pete for another wonderful stay. It was great my friends were able to join me for a night and the little extra touches such as toys and swings were a big hit with the kids! Evie 🐶loved her first holiday and the gated laundry was really helpful. She loved the backyard and being able to watch from the front balcony. It was an easy stress free holiday with dogs and kids, close to lots of dog friendly activites. Thanks again! We will be back
