"Property was clean and comfortable and fenced in back yard is private( great for my dog too), close to food, gas station and dollar general, easy drive to TC, we would most definitely stay there again! (Note: my family prefers to stay outside of major cities, we like more low key, quieter areas to stay and this was a great choice for us)"

"This house was near perfect for our family. Had one issue where the oven had a horrible smell, vome to find out it was from just being cleaned. Host left us a bottle of wine to make up for that experience. Only other suggestion for host is to leave behind a little more in paper products (only one extra roll of TP per bathroom when we had 5 guests for a full week), one one extra roll of paper towel and no napkins."

"We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available."

"Our stay at the condo was wonderful! It was well equipped and the location was great! Perfect for two couples. The rooftop deck view was amazing overlooking Lake Michigan. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fish Town to name a few of the beautiful sights close by. We will be back!"

"My wife and I had an enjoyable trip. A few comments on our stay and the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. This is admittedly some of my fault. This is a pet friendly place, not being a pet owner, I should have considered that there would be remnants of pet hair. I had to vaccum the living room furniture prior to sitting on it. "The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!"

"Great piece of property. We loved our stay and everything was very nice. Size, space and location were perfect. Just a few housekeeping notes. The appliances need fixing. The door on the stove does not stay closed. Someone must have stood or sat on the door. So sad when people don't respect other people's property. You are not able to use the oven without holding the door shut the whole time. The Refrigerator and freezer doors refuse to stay closed, resulting in the compressor running constantly...

"The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I lost track of time on the way there and the manager reached out with the door code, so getting into the house was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds have seen better days. They are kind of squishy and sink in the middle. It was a great place to stay with an easy drive to two lighthouses and several beaches. I would stay there again."

"This cabin was awesome and the lake is gorgeous! If you’re wanting to get out of the hustle and bustle of Traverse City, but still be close to beauty, this place is perfect. Suttons Bay is only an 8 minute drive with lots of restaurants and shopping. The only issue was finding the place. The address we were provided with our reservation did not match the address on the outside of the cabin or inside the cabin on the paperwork posted on the refrigerator. We had to call the property management...

"We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area."

"Guys golf-weekend for four of us. 15 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and 15 minutes from a grocery store, pizza place and small town. Cooked some meals in a well supplied kitchen and great Weber Grill. Local products offered like FRESH eggs, honey and sugars made/farmed from the owners across the driveway. Very nice people and pleasant to talk to the one time we did. Beds were all very comfortable very clean all around! Would recommend and come back."

"Location and property were great. Several beds had sand in them. Not enough towels. Floors were dirty. Water pressure was poor. Fan is master was not working correctly. Master bedroom needs black out shades - east exposure."
