Experience the Relaxing FLX Wine Trails Garden Studio with Deck - BBQ

An inviting spacious studio, located on the beautiful grounds of our B&B, attached yet separate -self catering, but you will find treats. There is a private, key less entry, with self check in.

Walk out onto your private deck for morning coffee, afternoon vino, use a chase to relax or BBQ. This Studio offers high ceilings, with skylight and surround adjustable ceiling lightening – that accentuates the open feel of this space. You will also find picturesque windows, relishing garden views while relaxing on the spacious pillowed window seat - and a comfy queen bed and couch to lounge.

A Kitchenette cart offers a place for your treats along with an array of teas / single served brewed soft coffee pods for your morning brew and treats. Find a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, egg maker, blender, tea kettle, single serve coffee brewer, dishes and utensils.

A spacious glass enclosed shower will help to unwind your day while enjoying handcrafted natural soap and wholesome toiletries
Aside from your private deck - the house has an amazing wrap around porch - your welcome to enjoy the porch swing or the many sitting areas.

Both Cayuga and Seneca Lakes wine trails are close by- we are located in the Heart of the Finger Lakes. The perfect space combination to relax and refresh while while exploring the Finger Lakes

This place is charming, cozy and quiet, just what my wife and I needed. Easy access to all lake activities you could want to do. Many wineries throughout out the region. Would definitely return again. Thanks again Gina.

Thank you Gina abd Tommy for hosting us. It was an amazing experience. Yhe room was warm, nice and cozy. I loved the decore, variety of tea, very nice touch with chocolates and some healthy treats, hugh end toiletries. Everything a person might need was there. The bed was comfy, the only thing was the pillow too thick and hard, it hurt my neck. I would definitely come back here, with my own pillow.

Perfect place for a quiet, cozy little getaway. Gina and Tony's thoughtfulness with every little detail throughout the suite did not go unnoticed. Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to unwind.

My stay at the Stone's Throw Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful experience! From the first step into the cottage, I was immersed in a tranquil apartment with a beautiful view of a garden. The room was exceptionally clean and contained everything that I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Cayuga Lake area.

From the moment I stepped in the door I was just amazed at what a wonderful space this rental is! Also, all of the little details that the owners put into the everything down to the homemade muffins left for me! Just loved it here, looking forward to coming back and spending more time at the Giardino Suite at A Stone’s Throw’s B&B.

I came here with my best friend for a relaxing weekend getaway where we could read and forget about the world for a little while. This ended up being the perfect spot to do so. This VRBO was beautiful and clean and provided the perfect setting for a mini reading retreat. The hosts were very helpful and kind and gave us amazing hospitality. We will absolutely be back over the summer for another girl's trip. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a cozy vacation.

This is a delightful warm cozy and romantic suite that was just perfect for our one year anniversary. It had everything we needed and more. Our hosts went above and beyond and even had romantic music playing and the room heated, ready for our arrival on the chilly evening. The shower has a waterfall head and was an added bonus. It was a beautiful room with cozy robes and self serve treats. Excellent. Beautiful grounds even in November. Close to state parks and beautiful hikes. We highly recommend! We look forward to returning here.

This studio is very thoughtfully laid out and comfortably furnished for a restful stay after a day of sightseeing at the lakes. We appreciated the owners extra touches that made it feel like a spa inn.
