"We were in room 224. It was on the second floor and there was no elevator. That meant we had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. Rather challenging for us at 76 & 77 years of age. The bathroom was so small you had to completely enter the bathroom to turn around and close the door. The commode was significantly lower than I had anticipated. "The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average."

"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "I booked a suite for the extra comfort. The room was large as expected and clean. Maintenance was a disappointment. The facility is obviously old, however it could be better maintained. The carpeting was crinkled up and needs replacement or at least re-stretching. The plumbing fixtures in the tub are rusted and should be replaced. This is a pretty easy fix. The lighting is awful. There are lots of fixtures, but no place where you have ample light to read or put on makeup. The breakfast was...

"The hallway smelled like an ashtray even though rooms are non smoking. We had a jacuzzi room and everything was damp. Woke up to shoes and carpet damp. Whenever the room steamed up from the tub or shower the smoke detector beeped. The mattress pad slipped off in the morning and we were horrified at how disgusting the mattress was. Would never stay there again."
