Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a spacious corner lot, our home features 6 luxurious bedrooms. You'll find 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a fun family room with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy resting place. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with popular streaming apps, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The expandable dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
Step outside to your private desert oasis, meticulously redesigned for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation. The backyard boasts a resort-style pool with a wide tanning bed, 4 in-pool chaise lounges, and 4 lounges around the pool for soaking up the sun. - Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 18+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
**Pool and hot tub maintenance is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Due to frequent high winds in the area, it’s normal for sand and debris to accumulate between cleanings. Please use the skimmer net when
needed during your stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to dispatch the vendor outside of the regular service schedule for routine debris.
