For all of you vagabond traveling souls, here's your home away from home for the next few days. Enjoy a relaxing glass of wine in our hot tub, a night by the fire, sleeping in one of the luxurious beds, games or just enjoy a book on the front porch swing. This home is walking distance to all of Franklin's downtown shopping, restaurants, amphitheater, pool, parks, Franklin College, Artcraft theatre, and SO MUCH MORE!!! at this unique and tranquil getaway.

What an amazing host, so helpful and welcoming! We had a great time hanging out in the hot tub with friends. We definitely plan to book here again, next time we’re in historic Franklin.

This house is adorable! The eclectic decor is so fun. Everything was in great shape. Beds were comfortable... and the sheets were so soft. There is a long table in the dining room. A couple of days the weather was nice and we sat out on the front porch swing. Great communication with the host!!

This was a great spot to stay near some cozy spots in Franklin! House was cozy and well represented in pictures and the communication was great- including offering space heaters for what turned out to be a very cold weekend. Only drawback was the hot tub wasn't working and we didn't learn about that in time to make other arrangements.

We had a great stay. This adorable home was decorated so cute and so as very clean.! Hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus. Enjoyed listening to the records or the record player and sitting on the nice front porch. Location was amazing for our visit with college son for the weekend!

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The house was great for togetherness with friends but also allowed for privacy if you just needed a quiet place. It was a great location for downtown shops and restaurants. Also short drive to Edinburgh outlet mall and Martinsville. We stay 4 nights but there was so much to do we could have stayed longer to shop all of the great places nearby. We really enjoyed the evenings chatting. The WiFi was quick and streaming on the tv was good. I would definitely stay here again and thing it would be a great location any time of year.

Love the place. Christina was the best host I have ever had. The house is just as described. All of Franklin is just a short walk away...shopping, restaurants, parks, the college. Quiet neighborhood, charming house. Will stay again.

This was the cutest house ever! Very clean and charming and great location to walk downtown Franklin to enjoy the festivities. The record player was a super nice added touch! We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the front porch. The host was always available if needed and quick to answer questions. Will definitely plan to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

My kids and I loved this house! From the porch swing to the hot tub, it was just right for the three of us. I was impressed with the effective use of space and the convenient location of many amenities within walking distance. It made the stay even more pleasant.
