Large Ranch House Private Sleeps 12 Big Living Room and Back Yard Close Downtown

A large, newly renovated private and safe home in Indy that is within 15 of all the popular night life! Sleeps up to 12 - 1 king bed suite, 2 full beds, 1 twin bunk, a full size pullout couch, two hideaway beds. Includes 2 large TV rooms, Youtube TV & Netflix, and a spacious outdoor space with a grill and fire pit! Newly Renovated Kitchen with a hot and Iced Keurig coffee bar. Free Washer and Dryer, 4 TVs throughout the house. Large driveway and garage available for parking. Full bath and Half bath with fresh towels.

The house is close to all the Night Life of Indy including: Fisher's Downtown, Broad Ripple's Bars, and all the fun of Bottle works on Mass Ave. The location can't be beat when you include the privacy and safety of the neighborhood! You'll be able to relax and enjoy the house without feeling like you traveled too far.

We are happy to accept well behaved gatherings of more than 12 people, but require there be respect of the quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.

Checking in was easy, however we were not able to reach the host after contacting him through the app, a phone call, and text message. Upon arriving the thermostat was set at 60 and cool air on. We needed a password to change it to heat. There was hair on the sheets (it was long black hair and none of us have that color) and small bugs on the extra “clean sheets”. Two of us ended up sleeping on the couch because of this and the bunk beds are wobbly and reinforced by plywood. I never write bad reviews but could not let this one slide. I would never stay at this house again.

Beautiful Space!

The property was beautiful and the house was well kept. It was pretty difficult to get in with the host after booking but we did enjoy our stay!

Was unable to get a response from he owner. Had to move last minute to another location after spending hours on the phone with Verbo/Expedia trying to resolve the situation. Worse experience ever!

Perfect place for a night's stay for our family

Cute house, obvious flip, but nicely updated and decorated - spacious living area and huge backyard. Easy to locate and access and neighborhood was mature and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and we felt at home. My only con would be I reached out to the host the day before asking for check in details since I hadn't received them but I never got a response - Vrbo chat was extremely helpful though getting me just what I needed. We also noted the floors, perhaps mainly in the back living area, were extremely dirty but not visibly. After only a few minutes of walking around and my toddler crawling, our feet were black, no exaggeration - perhaps it was due to some work they seemed to be doing in the basement (access was in that space). Overall we enjoyed this home and we'd book again if we find our way back in that area.

Meet the needs but not the description

When we arrived the first thing we noticed when we entered was a musty smell in the house, the half bathroom has mold behind the door. You can obviously tell this is a new rental that has been and is still being worked on. No where to sit outside as described the second living room is set up as a living room and not with twin beds as in the description. Not a repeat location for us!

Overall great stay

Nice spacious house with a big backyard in a quiet neighborhood. They beds and pillows were really comfortable. Definitely recommend!
