With plenty of space to unwind or play, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to create lasting memories.

The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home where comfort and entertainment meet! The highlight of the home is the fully finished basement suite, a game-lover’s dream complete with a putting green, basketball arcade, and foosball table—a perfect spot for guests of all ages to unwind and have fun.

Main floor, the open-concept main floor features a large living room with plenty of seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table that converts into a pool table, blending function and entertainment. The front patio includes cornhole, patio furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. This floor also has a half bathroom.

Upstairs - This level also includes four comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or groups who want to stay close together.

Downstairs, the private basement suite includes two queen beds and a futon couch, offering flexible sleeping arrangements and privacy. With its own entertainment area, it’s great for kids, couples, or anyone looking for a bit of their own space during the stay.

Altogether, the home offers plenty of space to relax, recharge, and enjoy your time together—whether you're cooking, lounging, or playing a few rounds of indoor games.

While we allow up to 20 guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably. Please read and understand the layout of the house.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets on the furniture please. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Owners are responsible for pet damage.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Stuff happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)


Check out instructions:

1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).
2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.
3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can or under the sink.
4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.
5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach on white loads only and use laundry detergent, and run the washer on hot.
6. Early Checkout - If you check out early, please send us a message so we can send our cleaners over. We will also send a message tomorrow; if you will be there until checkout time, feel free to ignore it.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
This is a beautiful spacious property with room to spread out. It is close to all the cool stuff that you want to do in Indy: museums, the zoo, restaurants, the canal walk. I enjoyed my daily walk in this beautiful neighborhood of stately homes. I wish that we had more time to see the sights because there is so much to do in Indianapolis.
