The whole home is yours — three bedrooms and two and a half baths across two floors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes for eight, a dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee setup that does both single cup and large batch. Dining table seats six.

Upstairs you'll find one queen bedroom, the king, and the laundry room with washer, dryer and starter supplies. Theres an additional queen bedroom downstairs. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with linens, and there's a dedicated desk for anyone who needs to get work done.

Both doors have keyless smart locks, so check-in is on your schedule with no key handoff.

PARKING: Two spots come with the home — one inside the garage, one beside it. The garage is reached from the alley behind the house rather than from Brookside, so we'll send you photos and step-by-step directions before you arrive. Free street parking is also available on 11th Street.

PETS: We welcome one dog per stay with prior approval — just message us before booking.

This is a registered, permitted short-term rental in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that noise stays down after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
