Quaint and safe, we are situated near I-65 and just minutes away from downtown Indianapolis, a couple of miles from both Fountain Fletcher and Bates-Hendricks neighborhoods and in close proximity to Lucas Oil, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, Indiana Convention Center and NCAA Headquarters.

This home is an ideal, quiet base for all Indy activities, with Indianapolis Motor Speedway, just 20-min away; it’s also excellent for a visit for Indy Jazz Fest.
