This historic home was originally built in 1870, and renovated from top to bottom with all the modern amenities over the last year.
Everything in this 5,000 sq. ft. home has been updated to accommodate large groups and gatherings. The home sleeps up to 22 people, and there is plenty of street parking, as well as a concrete drive in back with privacy fence and automatic gate.

This historic home has original 14 foot ceilings with 12 foot doors, all original trim and windows that have been professionally restored to their glory, as well as hardwood herringbone patterned floors, flat screen TV's in every room, Exercise Room, Office with Apple Desktop, Board Games and Books, Wine Cellar, 1800 Thread Count Sheets, Bath Sheets for every bathroom, a blue tooth speaker and lightshow projector for 3rd floor. The kitchen will blow you away with the amenities, including a 48" gas stove with double oven and griddle, quartz island with apron sink and touchless faucet, Ninja Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker. Porch has outdoor furniture. Outdoor area is fully concrete with automatic gate and gas/propane grill.


LOCATED IN HISTORIC FOUNTAIN SQUARE ON FLETCHER PLACE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING LUCAS OIL, BANKER'S LIFE, RESTAURANTS AND BREWERIES, THE CONVENTION CENTER, VICTORY FIELD, THE MURAT, CIRCLE CENTER MALL, AND MONUMENT CIRCLE, JUST TO NAME A FEW.

This home has a automatic gate in rear of home with keyless pads located on both front and back doors. Secured with adt sensors and alarms at entry.

I am available 24/7 to answer any questions and actually own the neighboring property as well that operates as an air b and b. We have full time maintenance staff and cleaners.

One of the only few and oldest downtown historic residential neighborhoods remaining. This home is located in the center of Fletcher Place.

Free street side parking along with private parking with electronic gate in the back of the home accessed through alley off Virginia Avenue and Fletcher

The space was huge, beautiful, and very clean. Host was always available and friendly. We had 18 people staying and we did not feel packed on top of one another. There was space for all. Highly recommend this property for an Indy stay. We had a wonderful experience.

Historic Fletcher Place was a beautiful property with updated amenities inside a 1870s home. There were numerous nearby restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Our host was helpful and communicative, and our group had a wonderful marathon weekend in Indianapolis, seeing the sights and running a fun race.

We had a wonderful stay at the Historical Fletcher Place. Everything we needed and more was available. The home is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great with really good showers. The home was VERY clean…not even a dust bunny. Dennis communicated quickly and provided clear details about everything we would need.

This is a huge house that was perfect for accommodating a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The location is awesome and we were able to walk or take a quick uber everywhere. Definitely would recommend this house!!

Lovely Stay in a Great Location

We stayed as a mini-family reunion, and found this place absolutely lovely. Comfortable beds and a truly gorgeous restored historic home, with lots of neat details that highlighted it's history and Indianapolis's funky style. Host was gracious, helpful and responsive. We had a minor issue with a neighboring rental and he dealt with it quickly and professionally. Lots of nearby opportunities for entertainment and dining...but getting out to those places would have required us to peel the kids out of the very cool loft/hangout on the third floor. Maybe next time!We had a great stay, and would return. Tons of happy family memories in a terrific location!

Wedding Week Stay for entire family and friends

We loved staying at Fletcher Place. Lots of different people visiting us over the weekend always wanted a house tour. Each bedroom had a bathroom! The kitchen stove/grill made cooking for our big group fun. The 2 refrigerators were very nice. Loved having the gym and office area in the back to use for some wedding item storage and DIY projects. The host even provided me an extra small kitchen appliance when I requested it. My only minor complaint would be the outside trash cans were too full for our trash. And when I remodel my own kitchen it won’t have a touchless faucet lol

Weekend with extended family

543 Fletcher is beautifully remodeled giving guests upgraded amenities and classic and comfortable design. Everyone had there own bedroom and ensuite bath. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and we played games and visited comfortably in the gorgeous living and dining room. Loved having the gatesd parking area

Great place and location.

Great house and plan to stay again next year. Very walkable to downtown Indy! The description is accurate for the number of bedrooms…but know the “bedroom” with three double beds is the Third floor and not a true bedroom. Overall great place and will be back.

Great location and room for the whole familu

Visiting Indianapolis with family and when looking for a place to stay for grandparents, kids and parents this was the perfect spot. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and a large kitchen and dining room for us to gather while in town. The kids loved the game room in the 3rd floor and it was a gear place to relax after exploring the city.

Property was as described with room for all of us. Having 5 bedrooms all with their own bath was a hit and plenty of room for our kids and grands. And the weather was cold, but we stayed warm in the house.

Amazing property

We love this place. It is in a cool neighborhood located very close to all that Indy has to offer. It is very clean and has great spaces to hang out. The property manager is easy to get ahold of and address any issues. Can’t wait to come back.
