Cute home located southeast of Indianapolis’ commercial district, just a brief bike ride or walk from fine restaurants and attractions in Downtown. Turn-of-the-century home with a unique and homey feel. First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a full bed. There is also a fold out single bed in the main bedroom that can be used for a smaller adult or child.

Owned by a resident couple that loves Indianapolis and would love to help with your stay. 1.1 miles to Lucas Oil. 1.8 miles to the Convention Center. 1.5 miles to Fountain Square - bars and restaurants. Pet-friendly with a dog park within steps. $25/nt pet fee -please inquire.

This home was absolutely lovely—tastefully decorated, with two very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean throughout. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, which made everything so convenient.Don’t let any comments about the area deter you from booking! Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and with no issues at all. The rear car pad was very well lit and secure, and there’s even a dog park right behind the house—super convenient if you’re traveling with pets.The owners’ communication was fantastic from start to finish, and they truly went above and beyond. I accidentally left my crockpot behind and reached out to ask if they had one on the property. They didn’t, but the owner actually went out and bought one for us! That level of kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome!

We had a wonderful short stay this weekend! In town for the national FFA conference. It’s so close to Lucas oil stadium. We drove because it was cold but could’ve easily have walked. Upon walking in the house smelled so delightful. It is very clean and looks just like pictures show! The owners are very kind and respectful, also very responsive to messages! The beds are the most comfy beds. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great communication with host and nice inside. However, we (a group of women) did not feel comfortable / safe in the neighborhood - houses looked unkept, windows that were just holes, run down exteriors, uncut lawns, narrow alleys, garbage heaps in underpass.

Nice place for a quick stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and close to our event at Lucas Oil. There are nice touches throughout the house. It is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped for cooking so we ended up eating out most meals. The neighborhood feels a little sketchy at night, but was quiet and safe as far as we experienced.

Just what we needed

The property was easy to get to and very pleasant once we arrived. We were happy to see we could get takeout from multiple restaurants in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the (smart) TV setup was good for catching a baseball game while we ate dinner. The location was also good in that we were very close to downtown, but not so close that parking or noise were a problem. Another nice thing is there's a dog park right outside the back door. We didn't try it out because our dogs can be anxious in unfamiliar places, but I'm sure many guests will be happy at the chance to let their dogs play off lead.I'd happily recommend this property to anybody visiting Indy.The bed

A great getaway.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay, it was located perfectly near our Fountain Square and downtown Indy. I highly recommend.

Close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the national FFA conference and it is located near everything that was important to us. The house was clean and well organized. Although it is a small thing, the owners had a couple of fans for us to use (if you don’t sleep with a fan, you won’t understand). The owners quickly communicated when needed. We plan to stay here again in 3 years when my daughter hopes to receive her American FFA degree.

Great experience!

House was very clean, great space, host was very responsive and a close drive or uber to anywhere you wanna go in Indy! Came for a concert at the amphitheater with a friend and her dog and had a great time. Will come back!

Clean. Great location. Awesome host

Husband and I stayed for the Colts/Steelers game. Took about 10-15 mins to walk to the stadium, not far at all. Krysten was amazing. She had all the information to us before we even asked. She didn’t bother us at all, just checked to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. The bed was soooo comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.much nicer than a hotel room.The price was fantastic for everything you get and the location.Not many places I recommend, but this house I would recommend 100%

Cute Hose, Pet Friendly

Super cute house and pet friendly! There’s a dog park right out the back door which was awesome and not crowded at all. Neighborhood was chill and plenty of parking. Easy access to HWY’s and downtown. Good communication with owners too!

Not as scary as it looks

We had a great time at this property! We went for a big concert at Lucas oil and walked to and from, lots of other people were doing the same. The next day we walked all over downtown and didn’t need an Uber at all, almost 20,000 steps and we had the best pizza and got all around the main downtown. Great place, nicely updated, great dog park in the back for happiness for the morning coffee. If you are from out of town, you have to buy cold beer before you get into Indiana, if not beers are a million dollars downtown. From Missouri. Will book again!
