First, our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second, the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible—the water was barely coming out, almost drop by drop. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Londonhouse! It’s in a perfect location and walking distance to many CTA bus stops, which helped immensely with us being able to get around! Despite being in a heavy traffic area, there were no noise disturbances. The room and bathroom were super clean as well! Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Chicago!"

"Very close to Grant Park, Soldier Field, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and Northerly Island. Great area if Chicago. Can walk almost anywhere from here. May need to snag a ride to Navy Pier. Didn’t spend much time in the Hotel. Staff were nice. Hotel is on the older side, but if you spend that much time in it, then why are you in Chicago!"
