"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. "No consiguen tener un servicio de atención al cliente constante entre todos los empleados algunos atienden muy bien, y otros no tanto pero seguramente es porque nadie les explicó porque voluntad creo que tienen. También noté que conversa mucho entre ellos en los diferentes sectores cuidando al cliente y a comer a los dos restaurantes me sorprendió que en el restaurante japonés dos o tres personas levantando los brazos para ser atendidos a la consulta que tenía. Bueno términos generales está bien, que no se malinterprete pero para la cantidad de trabajadores que hay en nueva Delhi queriendo trabajar en ese hotel deberían estar todos alineados/ Slds "
