"I stayed in Mundota Fort and Palace with my wife and two teenagers as part of my golden triangle tour. Our stay here was a unique experience. This place by itself is an attraction. Very scenic views and quite location. Excellent hospitality and very delicious food. Manager, Ajay is an amazing person. He gave us a tour to the fort and made sure our stay was quite comfortable. "No consiguen tener un servicio de atención al cliente constante entre todos los empleados algunos atienden muy bien, y otros no tanto pero seguramente es porque nadie les explicó porque voluntad creo que tienen. También noté que conversa mucho entre ellos en los diferentes sectores cuidando al cliente y a comer a los dos restaurantes me sorprendió que en el restaurante japonés dos o tres personas levantando los brazos para ser atendidos a la consulta que tenía. Bueno términos generales está bien, que no se malinterprete pero para la cantidad de trabajadores que hay en nueva Delhi queriendo trabajar en ese hotel deberían estar todos alineados/ Slds "
