Located on The Esplanade of Indented Head, right in front of beach and about 100 meter from a boat ramp. only 5 mins from Portarlington, this house has 3 generous sized bedrooms, one bathroom, and sits right opposite the beach. Beautiful sea and city views can be enjoyed from the open plan living, dining and kitchen area or from the front timber deck. Timber floors, large fridge, microwave, Aldi K Express coffee machine, 58" smart android TV and fast NBN broadband WIFI. Air conditioned living/dining/kitchen. Small pool table, soccer table and air hockey table to entertain the kids. Bed room 2 and 3 each has a small wall mounted led tv. Laundry facilities including washing machine and clothes line, iron and iron board. Double garage, undercover carport and large fully enclosed backyard, Backyard has full enclosed pool fence around and lockable, It keeps small pet stay safe inside the backyard. Relax and enjoy the stunning view from the deck or the comfort of the couch. Walking track into Portarlington to shops, cafes and the pier. Passenger ferry runs to and from Docklands. Several local wineries to sample or enjoy a leisurely lunch and dinner. Only a 30 minute drive to Queenscliff. Perfect location for a relaxing break from big city life.

Fabulous view, across the bay to Melbourne and the shipping in the bay. This home was very comfortable and quiet with all we needed. Close to shops, parks and easy walks. Host was wonderfully communicative. We loved our relaxed break here.

Portarlington Festival Weekend

Unfortunately we had terrible weather, but the house was clean, comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets, great views of the ocean and lovely and quiet. Plus it was close to the festival, but not too close. property manager was great and let us check in early and was contactable the whole time we were there.

5 star view , but a 3 star property

Great view across Port Phillip Bay. Front entrance ramp needs a rail . Only towels were provided and they were in one of the bedrooms in amongst other bedding. The main bedroom did not have a fan and we couldn’t open the windows. The wardrobe space was lacking in the other 2 bedrooms. There were no hand towels or tea towels.The beds were comfortable .

Great for families with pets!

Good low fuss place to stay with family of 4 and pets. Home provides all the basics for a family beach getaway.Great views across to the city with a busy walking track out the front.5 minutes to portarlington town centre.Li provides great communication And checking in and out was very easy. Looking forward to returning again soon.Tip; bring some portable dog fencing so you can enjoy the front verandah with your pets

Location, location

Perfect location right in front the beach and walking/biking trail in a not busy and quiet at night area which is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, the addition of a pool, air hockey and soccer tables is great to entertain the kids on a rainy day. The WiFi is stong and Netflix worked flawlessly on the tv (good size too).The backyard is big enough and well fenced for dogs. (please note that there is no swimming pool as listed on the website)Overall a very good experience, communication with Li was excellent and flawless. Maybe the only downside would be the shower and toilet could do with a bit of freshen up.

Great location but house a bit run down

The view is amazing and it is about a 25m walk to the beach. The house was well equipped, and the host was very accomodating. It was great to be able to take our two dogs and have them safe, there was even a long lead to tie them up on the verandah out the front. What is not shown in the photos is that the house is in need of a bit of TLC. Only some windows opened, the bathroom is quite tired with stains in the shower and a few tiles coming away.

Small but cozy

The property was quite small. It slept 6 of us easily however there was not enough room for the 6 of us to move around when awake. The property was a lot smaller than it looked in the stayz add.

Great position and Boat friendly

Great location and boat friendly, easy off street parking and pet friendly. We were surprised there were no towels, dish towels and a BBQ, luckily I brang a BBQ and towels just in case, very good host, nothing was a bother. Would stay again. Our little Silkies could not get out of the yard which was awesome.

a lovely relaxing break

Cottage was easy maintenance and accommodated 6 adults well. Lots to explore in the area and great sea bird activity at the sea shore over the road. Comings and goings from Geelong harbour interesting daily activity and everything you need close by.

Beautiful relaxing Bay View from house.

Beautiful Bay View from Lounge and Dining room open plan. Older home but very comfortable, has every thing you need for a great relaxing holiday. Great we were able to take your Shitzu Dog Safe enclosed back yard. Will book again.

We loved staying here. The view across the bay was amazing and access to the beach was straight across the road. Made for the perfect getaway. The house was great and the enclosed garden perfect for pets and children to play in. Would stay again

Seven nights at the beach

Stayed here of seven nights.This house located in a quiet stretch on the Esplanade between Port Arlington and Indented Head,has easy access to both. It has great views of the sea and across to Melbourne. The full moon rising on a clear night is awesome.Its also close to a small boat ramp for boating enthusiasts.It has a good secure backyard for pets. The house is easy to clean and has an effective air conditioner in the front living areas and comfortable seating.Plenty of bedding. Host is approachable and easy to contact.

Comfortable beach Shack

This property has everything you need to be comfortable however it could use a little TLC. Plenty of games for kids and the polished were easy to clean. The location and view were Fantastic and the neighbours were great. We loved sitting on the porch and taking it all in. The outdoor shower was very handy to wash off after a swim. In all, we we had a great holiday and would go back stay again.

Christmas at Indented Head

Excellent location. House very comfortable and well appointed- although there could have been a couple of bigger cooking pots. Also third bed could have been made up. The owner was very easy to contact. We will have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Amazing Location

What an amazing location! Li's house was perfect for us. We loved the location, just across the road from the beach and a short ramble up the coastline to Indented Head shop, or in the other direction to Port Arlington. Li's communication was excellent and we would love to stay again.

Relaxing Week

I enjoyed my stay at the property. It's across the road from the beach so I got to enjoy the beautiful views everyday. It's also very quiet so it was easy to relax. The property is conveniently located, only a short drive to Portarlington town centre, and close to other attractions like Queenscliff. Communication with Li was quick and easy. I had a lovely stay.

Sea retreat

This was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space. It was tidy, simple, worked in our budget, welcomed our dog family members, and focused on the sea enjoying changes in the sun and sky. Lovely walks outside the front door.
