  • 'Son Duri' is a traditional Mallorcan stone house built with lot of charm and settled in the heart of Mallorca (Inca) surrounded of trees, mountains, at 20 minutes driving to the beach and all comfort of contemporary life.



    The house is built on two floors on a plot of 840 m2, 260 m2 of house with generous terraces with open views to the valley of the Serra de Tramuntana.



    The house consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms with individual air conditioning, three bathrooms, one en suite, great kitchen with dining area.



    On the first floor you will find huge hall with comfortable over-sized sofas and a dining area with amazing views.

    At our left we will find the first bedroom. A wonderful double bedroom (bed of 180 x 200 cm.) with air conditioning, with en-suite bathroom and a lovely balcony.



    The other 2 bedrooms with air conditioning are in the upper ground. There we find a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.) a double bedroom with amazing views (150 x 200 cm) and a family bathroom.



    Next to the hall will find a fully equipped kitchen plenty of light and a dining table. From here we have a perfect view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is an access that takes us to the cozy porch, the charming garden and the swimming pool. No doubt, we are at the best place of this villa. Here you can feel the breeze, the rhythm of the Mediterranean life.



    The outside area has a big parking area, a charming swimming-pool with garden around, hammocks and sunbeds that convert “Son Duri” in the perfect place to have an unforgettable holidays.

Wunderschönes Haus mit gutem Fernblick

Nach ersten Schwierigkeiten, das abgelegene Haus zu finden, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, schönes und sauberes Haus, regelmäßiger Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, traumhafter Pool. Durch die abgelegene Lage perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus. Das Haus ist so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.

Calm place for yourself self

Very nice quietly location, never heard a neighbour. On a small hill with great views. If you like a calm place for yourself this is the place. Properly cleaned at arrival. A couple of additional towels would be nice and the furnishing of the living could be more cosy. But we always lived outside so that is of very minor importance.

Traumhafte Finca und einwandfreier Service

Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr geräumig, die komplette Anlage ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr angenehm, alle Anliegen wurden superschnell gelöst. Wir hatten bereits mehrere Häuser auf Mallorca gemietet gehabt, und diese Villa war mit Abstand die beste in dieser Preisklasse. Wir waren schon drei Mal da und planen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen Uns haben große Pfannen und ein paar andere Küchenutensilien gefehlt. Zu beachten: man braucht unbedingt ein Auto!

Perfect spot with lovely views, very clean and comfortable. Good for relaxing away from crowds, very peaceful and quiet. Super pool. Access gates sometimes took a very long time to open. Lack of kettle and no bedside lights. Also a small information pack would have been useful, on local issues such as rubbish removal (what goes where) and any local recommendations for supermarkets, and some telephone numbers for Dr/Hospital/emergency for example. More coat hangers would be good.

Villa Son duri is breathtaking

Upon arrival after a short drive from the electric gate this property really starts to enchant you, up into the jungle and mountain we arrived wow absolutely stunning the old majorcan stone castle...the property just gets better and better and keeps giving we were amazed. The rural isolation and views are superb..the private pool and sun terrace are fantastic..the interior is huge it took me 2 days to find my way around 🤣... it was my wife's 50th while we were there and what memories have been created, we will never forget this place and return ASAP xx ️ Thank you villa son duri for what you gave us we will see you soon xx Upstairs bathroom water pressure in shower

More than GREAT!

What a house, what a stay, what na vacation! Everyhing was fantastic! One little thing maybe to improve the WiFi upstairs in the bedrooms was not so good. Further in the house no problem! We would like to come back again! Service of BeBreeze was also great! WiFi upstairs. My kids 13 and 15 had troubles with this! Further in the house was the WiFi okay!

Fantastisch!!!!

Een schitterend verblijf! Wij waren hier met ons gezin met 3 pubers! Het huis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Een huurauto is hier wel echt noodzakelijk ivm de locatie van het huis!. Enige minpuntje namens de pubers: WiFi boven in de slaapkamers was slecht! Contact met de verhuurder BeBreeze ging ook heel prettig! Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zouden zo terug gaan!

Son Duri Holiday

We chose Son Duri primarily from the photographs of the property and the description and we were not disappointed as the villa and the gardens are beautiful and set in a very private location. Even the drive up the private entrance is lovely with the horses in the lower paddocks and the planting in the lower gardens. The villa is extremely tidy and very spacious so the four of us (two adults and two children) had plenty of space both inside and outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils and a lovely large fridge which was well used!! Outside in the garden is an outside kitchen which was a surprise as it was not shown in the photographs or in the description. We cooked most of our food over the lovely wood that was supplied on the built in barbecue in the outside kitchen. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the holiday for the children and was used many times each day, and the gardener/pool man kept the pool and the garden in immaculate condition during our two week stay. The villa and gardens are not overlooked and surrounded by mature pine trees giving it a lot of privacy whilst still enjoying stunning views of the hills and mountains around the property. The villa is located very conveniently for the shops and supermarkets in Inca which were all excellent, with a huge street market in Inca every Thursday. The only slight negatives (and I mean very slight) are that the villa is quite difficult to find as it is located down some very rural roads which are not named - but we managed using Google maps on an iPad and the Sat Nav in the car but it still took us several attempts to find the property. The only other thing we found was the lack of instructions for the TV and satellite systems - not that we used the TV that much anyway. We would thoroughly recommend this property and we are already planning our next visit!!

Lækkert hus i rolige omgivelser med stor pool.

Huset var stort og rent med masser af plads. Der var terrasse udenfor hvor man kunne spise, med udsigt over poolen. Vi var der i starten af Oktober, så eneste minus var at poolen ikke var opvarmet men iskold.

Seele baumeln lassen

Diese charmante (im positiven Sinn), keinesfalls morderne, sondern eher urtümliche Finca hat uns einer unserer schönsten Urlaube ever beschert: Die exponierte Lage mit dem Blick übers Tal und ins Tramuntana Gebirge, die Nähe zu Inca, eine Stadt mit Potenzial und sehr herzlichen Menschen, 20 Autominuten zum Meer, 10 Autominuten ins Gebirge, mitten im Herzen Mallorcas und in der Natur. Natürlich gibt es die üblichen in der Natur nun mal vorkommenden Geräusche: Ohrenbetäubende Zikadenkonzerte, Hundegebell, Pferdewiehern, Pfauengeschrei, Tauben, Greifvögel, ganz selten mal das IAH eines Esels, nicht zu vergessen den leicht durchgeknallten Hahn :-), zuerst vielleicht etwas ungewohnt, aber dann einfach toll. Die Finca ist ansonsten wie beschrieben. Sehr persönlich und wie ich finde ansprechend eingerichtet mit einer soliden, guten Küche, in der man wunderbar kochen kann. Bäder neuwertig, wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Wer keine Natur mag, ist hier fehl am Platze. Ein Auto sollte man auch haben, da es doch sportliche, hügelige 2,2 km bis Inca sind. An Betreuung und Service gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Garten und Pool werden nach Absprache auch während des Aufenthaltes gepflegt, ebenso erfolgt einmal pro Woche ein Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel. Gegen einen geringen Aufpreis kann man die Finca auch einmal durchwischen lassen. Englische Sprache ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Fazit: Super! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Man muss wieder abreisen und vielleicht, dass es nicht noch ein paar mehr Fenster mit Fliegengitter gibt, gerade im oberen Geschoss, aber das reicht nicht für einen Bewertungsabzug.
