"We stay at this hotel on each of our vacation trips to Japan. For us, it provides respite from the overwhelming fast pace of Tokyo. Peaceful, decent size rooms and bathrooms, clean, well managed and located close to a train station. 2 restaurants on the premises and a 7/11 in the basement! This hotel is a little gem if you want to get away from the neon lights, the noise and people for the night. The metro station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it's super convenient to reach any...

"Rooms were very nice, a decent size and bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc. Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai...

"Place looks a bit old but well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially helping us in getting taxi fast because the available uber was long wait. That showed concern from the staff with their guests. Lots of supplies - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, razors, lotion, everything you need. The place is near the train station which makes it easier for commute."

"Bar was open late and had delicious cocktails, Twilight and Summer Bliss were my favorites. Hotel is only a 5 min walk to Golden Gai which was super convenient."

"Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Cleaned only every 3 days, but would refresh towels daily. Rooms were definitely small, but for two people it was manageable and not a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again!"
