The apartment is located on the top floor of a detached house, with private access and an exclusive terrace. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find scenic overlooks, spectacular hiking trails, the famous Laveria Lamarmora, restaurants, and small local markets.

• One with a double bed and a sea view;
• The other with two 90x200 single sommier beds that, when joined, form a comfortable king-size bed (180x200) without gaps or unevenness, perfect for couples as well. Both rooms feature mosquito nets, USB ports, spacious closets, and nature-inspired furnishings. They’re also equipped with sheer curtains that add a touch of light and elegance during the day, while blackout blinds ensure total darkness whenever you want it—perfect for a restful night’s sleep or an afternoon nap.

📶 Fast Wi-Fi connection with a Wi-Fi 6 router and a dedicated SIM card: even though Nebida isn’t yet covered by fiber optics, the connection is stable and suitable for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

A very kind local couple lives right downstairs. From time to time, you might spot a kitten on the terrace—it belongs to the neighbors and is a little explorer!
