"Great view, clean and comfortable. Be sure to read the parking instructions carefully. Not close to food stores so be sure to get your groceries in advance."

"Staff were very quick to repair the window, still not impressed with state of the room when we arrived. Entrance door was cracked around handle. Window was not able to close (stripped handle).and cracked sink. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Would have to say staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at onsite restaurant was very good. Just expected more from this hotel chain."

"Room was clean and staff were polite and helpful"

"We found it tricky to navigate entry as everything is online - no human at the hotel. But texting back and forth helped us to download the electric key and get our truck into the parking garage. Great hotel and location and sparkling clean."

"Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff"

"Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu."

"Pool heavily chlorinated"

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay. The room was very clean, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and hot. Would 100% stay here again."

"Nice stay."

"Young hockey players ran up and down the the halls, slammed doors, and yelled until 11pm on both Friday and Saturday night. Loud road construction early Monday morning. Do not recommend!"

"The hotel is fine, but for the higher price that it is, the pool area is small, there’s no hot tub, and the water is not heated, it’s quite brisk. Also, there was loud indoor construction starting at 9:30 AM so not only could you not sleep in but you could not have work calls."
