Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend, we had an amazing time. Went to the st Jacobs market and walked around the city. This condo was in a perfect location, very clean, has beautiful sunsets!

Very comfortable and nice apartment.Getting check-in information was an issue but overall excellent and enjoyable stay. No issues in parking. Will definitely stay again!

The host communication was excellent. She is always there when we reached out with questions. The unit is very comfortable! Just to help future travellers understand the structure of this rental, there are 3 parties/entities to deal with because: First party - private unit owners renting out to guests (we love the idea and set up). Our hosts is excellent in communication and very helpful. She really tries. Second party - you have the front desk who does common security management for public/communal place and they give fobs to units and communal amenities (we understand the need, but be patience sometimes the front desk security person go on rounds for 25 min). This happened with our check-in and waited for entire round time. They do not operate the garage parking. Third party - the parking is operated by an outside company (3rd party business called Parkco) and the in/out gates are whacko, which sometimes it works, but sometimes doesn't. If you have no front license plate, like ours from out of province, then you might encounter headaches. The host could help with a 4-digit codes received from Parkco. If you are stuck by the gate, reach out to Parkco or hosts, not front desk. If you have front license plate, we were told that it is supposed to work with a camera scan. Our stay within the unit was excellent! We would recommend this place.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous with a cozy feel. The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Faran was an amazing host and we would love to do this again with her. Faran, thank you for your quick replies and helpling our family ring in the new year and celebrate my husband's birthday

We enjoyed our stay. We came into town for a short visit with family. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub, and Peleton studio while here. Having underground parking that was included with the apartment was amazing! Our host, Faran was easily accessible and responded quickly. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay

We were here with our 4 grandchildren aged 8 to 11 and had a fantastic time. Place was exactly as described. The amenities were fantastic and greatly enjoyed by everyone. Check in and check out was easy and communication with host was easy.

We had an exceptional stay and honestly, my only regret is that it was just one night.. I would have loved to stay much longer. The suite was impeccably clean and extremely well-appointed. Everything we could possibly need was there, and then some. The amenities were truly above and beyond… I wish I’d taken photos to do them justice. A barbecue area, bowling alley, two hot tub pools, a gym, and free parking… it felt like a mini resort. Faran was a wonderful host and clearly takes great pride in creating a top-tier experience. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommend.

Luxurious corner apartment

This property was very spacious for me and my two teenagers. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furnishings are very pretty, but simple. We were very comfortable here. Faran was very responsive via messages on the app.

Great stay in a great location in Kitchener

Generally, our stay in this apartment was good for all of the expected reasons, however the construction of a new apartment building tower as of April 1, 2025 was quite loud at times including in the middle of the night.

Nice stay, clean, check in uncomplicated

It was a beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Check in at the reception at the main entrance easy, chip received. If you arrive by car, there is free parking in the underground garage, just give the landlady the license plate number by phone beforehand and you can drive in without any problems. Very nice landlady, everything was clean, very cozy, great view. Anytime again.

TLDR - great spot for a family. The apartment was clean and in good working order. There just enough cutlery and plates for 7, and a standard set of kitchenware for cooking. If sleeping 7, expect it to be tight at night as the air mattress for 2 will have to fit right along side the couch with 1 more person. The 2 bedrooms had nice beds and had enough space for suitcases. We loved the lounge downstairs, especially getting to bowl for free, and could keep going until we finally got into a groove without paying $$$. They have a reasonable selection of shoes for a small group, and 6lb through 15lb balls (1 of each). The pool was a "treadmill", about 5 - 7m long and it pushes water against the swimmer, but our kids still had fun swimming around. Good sized hot tub for 10+.

I booked this for my husband's 60th birthday my two adult kids my sons wife and our little dog came. Our host was attentive and answered all of our questions for the whole time we were there. She warned us that the person ahead of us had broken the toilet seat and she said she would have someone come to fix it...we said we were fine as there are two bathrooms. The place was clean the amenities were very much an added bonus as we are bowlers and brought our own balls and shoes. The spa was a little unclean but definitely not the hosts issue. The parking is super easy and included for in and out. My suggestion is make sure you park on the blue side as this is where the room is we parked on the orange and then moved over. This host provides linen and towels which is nice. The beds are comfortable and my daughter slept on the couch which she also said was comfortable. The key fob takes a bit of getting used to for locking the door but once you get the hang of it, it's good. There is a garage chute two doors away which is a bonus for disposal of waste. We didn't use the espresso machine, toaster , kettle extra but they seemed in good order. The fridge is nice and cold and there was ice which was another bonus. We used the oven to heat up a dip it worked well. There is cutlery, plates , cups, wine glasses, and serving utensils. We used the dishwasher to clean what we had used and put it all away as it was found. There is laundry which we used to clean the towels.Highly recommended!
