"The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. "We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the pantheon and walked everywhere easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The hotel has a set of stairs to get to the small lift and these could use an update. The stairs are stained and worn and during the day have cleaning supplies for the housekeeping staff strewn on them.
