"Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. "We had another reservation that we made through Expedia, when we arrived there, the place was still under construction! We had it out with the owner, since we felt it had been misrepresented. "Great location, very walkable. Very kind, helpful staff. George was amazing, he took the time to contact us before we arrived and helped us plan all our activities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and excellent coffee. The property is very nice and comfortable, tucked in a quiet corner and still within an easy walk to all the attractions in Old Town, walkable to New Town and Elli Beach. "it was a pleasure to stay at the property hosted by Jurgen. He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. "The staff were the best part of our stay - from Maria our waitress to Michael and others with the reception and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. "A great independent accommodation option close to old town (20 min walk) with many other shops and dining places close by. Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples."
