Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, Finca La Gaviota boasts a view of the sea and the mountains and is located in Icod de Los Vinos. The beautiful finca is made up of 8 holiday rentals. The holiday apartment El Rincón consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A baby cot, a highchair and a first aid kit are also available upon request. There is also a washing machine available for your use, which is shared with the guests of 3 other apartments. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. There is also a communal outdoor area, which is shared with the guests of 7 other properties and includes a pool (open all year round), a beautiful garden with palm trees, a parking area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a shared jacuzzi, which can be used for an additional charge. Please contact the homeowner in advance regarding this. Within a 6-minute drive you will reach restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Playa de la Gaviotas and Playa de Santo Domingo also await your visit a 7-minute drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The communal spaces should not be used between and 22:00 and 7:00. People who are not guests are strictly forbidden to enter the property. No visitors can be received as no more occupants can be declared with respect to the guests of the reserve. As defined by the Institute for Spanish tourist quality in the document Measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, we are obliged to register all occupants of the accommodation on arrival and verify their identity through personal identification documents. This register of occupants must be provided to the State Security Forces. All this, according to the current legal framework, for security reasons, and, in the context of COVID-19, in order to also facilitate the traceability of the occupants due to a possible epidemiological outbreak.

Wir haben im Dezember vier Wochen Urlaub im Bungalow El Rincon verbracht. Zu loben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage und die ruhige Lage des Anwesens, das aus mehreren Bungalows unterschiedlicher Größe und Ausstattung sowie aus einigen Wohnungen im Hauptgebäude besteht. Aufgrund der Lage ist m. Ea. ein Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich. Die engen, steilen und schlecht einzusehenden Straßen sind allerdings für Fahranfänger oder unsichere Fahrer schlecht geeignet. Die Küche des Ferienhauses war gut ausgestattet. Was uns fehlte, haben wir kurzerhand nachgekauft und für die Mieter nach uns dort gelassen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Von einer Unterbringung zu dritt rate ich ab, da die Couch in der Wohnküche nicht wirklich gut fürs Schlafen geeignet ist. Der Vermieter spricht deutsch, ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings muss man ihn auch viel fragen, da in der Unterkunft keine Art von "Gästemappe" zur Verfügung steht, die viele Fragen bereits beantworten würde. Eine Zwischenreinigung ist während des Mietzeitraumes nicht vorgesehen. Man kann diese über den Vermieter aber unkompliziert gegen entsprechende Bezahlung bestellen. Der Bungalow ist in einer Ecke des Grundstücks angeordnet. Er bildet mit dem nebenliegenden Objekt quasi eine Doppelhaushälfte. Da es sehr hellhörig ist, sollte man möglichst auf Rücksicht nehmende Nachbarn treffen. Unangenehm fand ich, dass unser Badezimmer- bzw. Toilettenfenster zur Terrasse der Nachbarn öffnet und lüftet. Die Lage des Bungalows ist zudem so, dass wir keine Sonne hatten. Das ist in den Sommermonaten bestimmt wunderbar, aber im Dezember kühlt die Unterkunft schon sehr aus. Da in der Ecke auch noch das Wasser der Pooldusche und beim Wasserwechsel des Whirlpools an der Gartenmauer herabläuft, ist es immer ein bisschen feucht bis nass. Uns war immer ein wenig fröstelig. Wir haben uns dennoch in unserem Urlaub alles in allem wohlgefühlt. Für schöne Tage unter Covid19-Bedingungen ist gesorgt, auch wenn wir El Rincon nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Vermutlich würden wir uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Gebäude dieser Anlage als Unterkunft wählen.

Unser Urlaub in Icod de los Vinos war super. Wenn wir anfangs einige Schwierigkeiten hatten, half uns Roberto und seine Familie sofort weiter. Wir wurden wie Familienmitglieder aufgenommen und wir fühlten uns auch so. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub; wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Wir waren im Mai hier, in der schönen Finca la Gaviota. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles bestens, gerne wieder.

Wir waren 14Tage bei Herrn Kaufmann auf der Finca. Die mit einem super gepfegtem Garten windgeschützter Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Aber am meisten waren wir angenehm über die Ruhe überascht die wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben ,immer draußen Essen Sonne und Vogelgesang in Ruhe ein Buch lesen, dann die herrliche Natur auf der Insel erleben Berge Schluchten Strand. Roberto hat immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen, er erfüllte uns sogar einen ungewohnten Wunsch er verschaffte meinem Mann eine Gitarre, so haben wir 14angenehme erholsame Ferien bei Roberto verbracht und können die Finca jedem empfehlen.Danke auch an Robertas Schwester die uns spät Abends mit Essen versorgt hat weil unser Flieger Verspätung hatte.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Schweitzer Thewes

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und reicht für zwei Personen vollkommen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Von der Pool-Terasse aus hat man bei gutem Wetter sowohl Blick auf den Teide als auch auf das Meer. Roberto und seine Schwester sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Une promiscuité avec le voisin assez forte , un bungalow qui mérite un rafraîchissement ( porte de douche) un manque de couvertures dans la chambre car en février et avec 3 aérations dans la chambre , la petite couette est trop légère . La cafetière qui ne fonctionnait pas le premier matin à bien été remplacée le lendemain , mais bon...sinon le cadre est charmant , l’accueil Sympathique et la chienne de la maison hyper gentille vous guide dans vos ballades. Une suggestion : en fonction de la nationalité des locataires il serait sympa d’avoir une chaîne TV calée sur le pays d’origine Le propriétaire étant allemand et là clientèle assez germanique également la TV était réglée sur des chaînes allemandes ou espagnoles

Beautiful gardens with bountiful tropical fruit trees, lovely hot tub and pool to enjoy time in. But you need to have a strong stomach to cope with the drive down from the main road and I wouldn't want to walk it as the slope was very steep. We kept hoping to never meet anyone coming the other way as the road isn't wide enough to pass and you can't always see whether someone is coming until it's too late. Bungalow was very nice and the views over Teide and the sea were amazing. Perhaps add some information into the bungalows about local facilities such as where the supermarkets and restaurants are located and local beaches etc? While you can easily find these things on the internet, suggestions are always helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgerüstet und hat alles, was man braucht. der Fernehempfang war einwandfrei und viele deutsche Sender konnten empfangen werden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit.

Der Bungalow El Rincon ist zwar nicht besonders geräumig, für 2 Personen aber ausreichend und zweckmäßig. In dem dazugehörigen sehr schönen Garten und dem angrenzenden Pool kann man sich gut erholen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir hatten schöne 4 Wochen und würden gerne einmal wieder dorthin reisen.

A lovely property - perfectly suited for two people. Plenty of space and a good sized bedroom. The shower was amazing - very hot and excellent pressure. The bungalow has a lovely garden and we caught some late afternoon sunshine some days. The host Roberto was extremely accommodating and very friendly. We got lost trying to find the bungalow when we first arrived (poor directions) so he came out to find us so we could follow him back. After that it was easy to find. The road is very narrow and quite steep in places but so worth it when you arrive as it is so quiet - quite tranquil really. I would certainly recommend this to people when visiting Tenerife

A sanctuary with a Beautiful garden full of butterflies and birds to relax in. Garden is shared with 3other cottage type of apartments with a massive bbq to cook up a feast on. Small pool up above the garden and is very refreshing. There is no beach but a walk to the coast accompanied by Maxie the dog is spectacular with amazing formation of rocks. No safe access to sea but there is a beach a short drive away. The apartment itself was very adequate - sitting/kitchen area inside small but big area outside with table, chairs and sun beds. There is a full kitchen with all facilities, shower lovely and spacious and bedroom a little dark and bed a bit hard for our liking, however we absolutely adored the quietness and it was just what we wanted. Our host Roberto was excellent and lives right beside the apartments so was always there if we needed any assistance. A car is essential and there are amazing places to visit in the area. The drive through the mountains and forest is spectacular. We will be back. Thanks Roberto for such a great holiday.
