"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"We rented the house for 12 grownups.Downstairs it was allright for 8 people with 2 bathrooms.Although they are very small. But upstairs there was an other "bathroom"wich good not be used, so the 4 people who slept there had to use the downstair showers.There was also a gutter smell in the rooms. For the price ofthis house we payed, this is far to high.
