Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, featuring three inviting bedrooms with air conditioning and ample storage, including a versatile bunk room ideal for families. Multiple bathrooms, including a private ensuite, ensure space and privacy for all guests. The open living areas are warm and welcoming, complete with a Smart TV and streaming services, creating the perfect setting to relax after sun-filled days.



Step outside to a fully fenced outdoor space with a BBQ area, ideal for laid-back afternoons and evening meals by the sea. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, and convenient parking make longer stays just as comfortable as short getaways. Nature lovers will appreciate being only a four-minute drive from the breathtaking landscapes and walking trails of Booderee National Park, while the lively town of Huskisson is just 13 minutes away. For everyday essentials and shopping, Vincentia Shopping Village and Home Co. Vincentia are an easy eight-minute drive, making this the ideal base to relax by the beach, explore the outdoors, and enjoy the convenience of nearby local highlights.

This property is located in a quiet part of town. Please respect the neighbours.



You will be very close to world famous white sand beaches, stunning bush walks, a vibrant cafe, bar and restaurant scene, dolphin and whale cruises, surfing, fishing, wineries and much, much more!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

This property is managed by a licensed Holiday Rental Specialist. We go far beyond that which is provided by a real estate agent in terms of service, reliability, fairness, cleanliness and quality of holiday homes.

> Parties, Functions and Gatherings



This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?



Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.



If you find something that you would expect to have at your holiday home is missing, please let Jervis Bay Rentals know and we will do our best to arrange it.
