This rental is what dreams are made of! Quick and easy drive to both Zions National Park and Sand Hollow State Park. This BRAND NEW, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just what you need for your family getaway. Loads of family fun and entertainment. All the amenities you need to have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Lots of RV and “toy” parking available on site. 12ft gate is accessible to guests on the west side of the home for over 30ft of storage parking.
The space
This house is KID friendly! No stairs, and lots of toys to share. Plus access to a pack n play and high chair.
Guest access
You have full private access to this property. No one will be disturbing you during your stay.

It was very clean, pretty spacious, but lacked a few necessities- and more quality thing's. There were no papertowels, the sciscors dont work for anything, and more spatulas, plates,and cookware would be beneficial. AAlong woth some extrablankeys

Great house!

This house was perfect for us during our stay in Hurricane. Stayed a week and it was well stocked, great location and awesome communication with the host. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

MORR inspired trip / Excellent stay

This trip was inspired by Matt's off-road recovery YT channel. Matt really does a good job promoting the area. Glad we made the trip. Off-roading at Sandhollow, Toquerville Falls and Red cliffs was mainly what our trip was about -really fun time! We also had a good time in the water at Sandhollow lake. Our stay was excellent! The new house is nice! All the rooms were clean and nicely kept. Toys for the lil one was a plus. Kitchen had all the cookware needed. No backyard or grill though. It still felt like home away from home. The kids loved it. The area is beautiful. We can't wait to go back again. There's plenty of parking onsite. We had no problem parking with our utility trailer with two SXS

Great for kids/family

Spacious home that was great for a base camp while visiting Zion, Bryce and other area activities. It was amazing to have a place that was set up so kid friendly. The pack and play, and very nice and big selection of toys for younger kids—seriously no need to bring any from home it was so nice for the kids to play while we made meals etc. Beds were comfortable! The only small bit of criticism would be that the kitchen could be better equipped with more cooking utensils and dish selection. The communication with the host and neighborhood was great! Would definitely return if ever in the area again.
