This property allows for up to 7 vehicles: 3 in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any fines imposed by the HOA & City of Hurricane for violation of these rules will be levied on the guests.

A starter kit of toiletries, including trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, shampoos/ conditioners, and body wash.

Nestled in the colorful cliffs of Hurricane Valley, Copper Rock neighbors the Sand Hollow reservoir and offers views of Pine Valley Mountain, Zion National Park, Kolob Fingers, and the red Dixie Cliffs. Just a short drive from some of the greatest outdoor experiences you can find anywhere in the world. Such experiences include Copper Rock Golf Course, world-class hiking, biking ATV off-roading, boating and a multitude of fabulous restaurants.

Property Rules:
Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in but is not limited to, a $300 fine. *Owners are highly allergic*

Be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-9AM
No smoking, Vaping, or Drugs of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.
No gatherings or events with more than your reserved guests unless agreed upon by the management company in writing prior to event
Prior to approval of booking, a rental agreement is needed to be signed by the guests. The rental agreement goes over the rules and regulations related to the property.

Perfect for our golf group

We stayed here for a golf trip with 12 guys. The house had plenty of space for everyone and plenty of things to do. The location worked well and we were able to drive to all of our courses in under 20 min. We would definitely book here again.
