"BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. "

"We went to visit TT for the first time and we decided in the embassy suites because they are pet friendly and we had our dog, we are also a family of 5 so we need more space and the fact that they have separate areas is a plus for us. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They free breakfast was also great, and the courtesy drinks for the happy hour were great. Property it’s not new and you can tell as soon you step in but we had a good time. "

"I have no issues with the staff as the front desk people attended to us extremely well. What I have an issue with is the room itself. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with how disgusting the room was. The entire place smelled of cigarettes, there was a bag covering the smoke detector which I assume was so whoever was in there before could smoke. We went to the restaurant & let the front desk girl know & her response is that sometimes they do that if there are under age kids staying there. "This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced."
