"Location was good. Towels sheets, beds were good. Surfaces were clean. Not worried about rodents or bugs but the floors were not clean. Deck and access could use a little maintenance but doable. Lots of little steps and uneven flooring. Not great for elderly. Little bar down the street is huge bonus."

"The parking was slightly confusing but we didn't end up having any issues. We were under the impression this would be more of an entire house with a kitchen, the pictures are deceiving. It is just a room. It was still great for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we just loved the bathroom! There weren't any towels when we arrived so we weren't able to shower after hiking all day but when we woke up there were some outside our door. We did book very last minute. It wasn't exactly what we were...

"This is a country home, pure and simple- it’s an hour away from groceries and there’s stuff in the yard. But that’s the magic of this place…quiet, surrounded by nature (including Forest Service- and National parkland, bright stars, and a great place to throw a log in the stove and hang. The kitchen is well equipped (induction stove if you’re bringing an extra large pot for example), and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again."
