"Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances....

"we really enjoyed the step back in time that the historic house offered especially as it has been modernized to have all the amenities of a modern home. and then to have it within walking/short driving distance to many of Hannibal's historic locations was a real plus. we highly recommend to home to enjoy the quaintness and history of Hannibal. " This was a perfect place for our "young-at-heart" girls' trip! The 4 bedrooms, (3 upstairs and 1 on the main level,) were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. The house has a lot of character with a huge dining room table, a large living room downstairs, a family room upstairs, and a nice little seating area at the back of the house, so there are lots of spaces to spread out. The downstairs bathroom has a nice shower, and the bathroom upstairs has tub/shower....

"Comfortable home not far from Main Street. This lovely house has been restored with historic charm plus modern conveniences. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, and we would have liked to stay a little longer. Owners are extremely attentive to their renters and assist when needed. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood with so many stately old homes. Thank you for being pet friendly."
