The apartment is within a short walk’s distance from a mosque. The daily calls to prayer will be heard from within the apartment ( 5times daily including early morning around 5am).
The apartment is also near a main road, and the sound of traffic would be heard from within the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of Central Park; events and festivals which involve music and large crowds are sometimes held there. The sounds of such events can be heard from within the apartment.
