"The hotel and staff were great. One thing I didn’t like was not having a coffee maker in the room. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice to have morning coffee without needing to get dressed to go to the lobby for it."

"I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. "I guess they get brownouts. There was no backup generator so long time to check in and no lights for hours. They also didn't open their restaurant and bar then when the power came back on. I was hungry. No sauna, they said they notified Expedia. Refrigerator in room very noisy. Heating and Air old school system with no temperature setting, just blue and red dial. Breakfast was supposed to have fruit no fruit. "

"Lots to like. Location, the breakfast, the staff, the parking, the beds, the kitchen, all are good and reasons to go back again. One improvement would be the sleep sofas. Best for sitting, just ok for sleeping. They do need to improve the blankets they supply with the sofas. They are too thin and not very cozy considering the ones on the beds are enjoyable."

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
