Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Check in went fine, but upon arriving to our room it was unbearably cold. No heat was on. It was -13 outside! There was a thick layer of ice/frost on the inside of the window. After a long trip that was not a nice way to start our stay here. The room was fairly clean but there was a lot of work that should be done. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there was a temporary patch from where the holder was previously that was taped up with clear tape. Also all the shelving in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The hot tub and pool were open which was nice. The hair, trash, and other miscellaneous objects around the floor of pool area were unsettling though. Around the windows of the pool room there looked to be mold or water damage. My daughter had to use the restroom in the pool area and I was shocked and disgusted when I walked in the bathroom. The tiles on the ceiling were brown from water damage, the toilet paper was soaked with moisture, the roll that was in the dispenser and also the spare rolls, there must not be proper ventilation to cause that much humidity in that room. The floor was covered in old toilet paper, trash, hair, etc. it just looked like it had been neglected from house keeping and repairs for an extended time. Awful. We did not stay in the pool area for much longer after that, my kids were disappointed as they wanted to stay longer. Breakfast was ok in the morning, staff was very friendly. This could be an ok hotel after repairs/cleaning.
