I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. "Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. I loved the setup having the bedroom separate to the lounge. Pressure for the shower was absolutely amazing, bed was a little hard but got comfortable in the end. Due to security reasons visitors are not allowed which is not stated on the site however the receptionist was willing to allow my family to come through. Highly recommended."

"Room was adequate for our needs but the power blew twice due to using the electric jug at the same time as the hair dryer in the room. It was also a bit noisy at 2am when a group of men leaving the hotel gathered in the car park near our room to chat. Overall good value for money and convenient for the airport"

"We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home! "
