"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage should mention the railway and level crossing close to cottage but don’t let it put you off it didn’t cause any problem. It did say there would be a welcome pack but there was none, however we were told to help ourselves to fruit and tomatoes growing in the garden"
