"un horror si poleis no reservéis con este hotel, te sacan una foto de su estudio más caro y lo ponen como foto de standard, y cuando llegas te dan una habitación de mitad de tamaño a lo esperado con vistas a un patio guarro. Si os ocurre eso quejaros fehacientemente... animo a expedia a que corrijan esta información en su web ya que siempre que hay un problema han respondido y en mi reclamación por teléfono me atendió un chico de manera muy profesional"

"The house and bed room was amazing, very large room, with nice tea and coffee area, shower/ toilet room very nice and clean. Easy to check in with coded doors. Felt very safe. Communication by email from owner very good, easy to understand stand and lots of useful information. Good check in and check out times "

"No pude dormir en toda la noche mi habitación era en planta baja y se escuchaba absolutamente todos los ruidos de habitaciones de arriba y cada vez que la puerta se abrió. A su vez la cama hacia mucho ruido. Recepcionistas muy amables y la ubicación del hotel muy buena"

"The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! "

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. Thank you for everything Rich & Mark & hopefully we’ll see you both again soon! "

"Se trata de una casa de huéspedes y no de un hotel; nos recibió el señor de mantenimiento; no existía recepción, ni ascensor, ni inodoro dentro de la habitación, sólo ducha y lavabo sin ninguna separación; el armario era diminuto y desvencijado; no disponía de ninguna mesa de trabajo; las cortinas y la pintura estaban rotas y a pegotes y la limpieza era deficiente."
