"Arrived at the property at 4pm. The place was absolutely filthy with layers of dust all over the property. The bathroom had large holes all round the bath and bits of plaster crumbling away. After contacting My Getaways they arranged for us to be moved to a different apartment which was very nice and centrally located. However had to pay for taxis to take us to the new place as we had shopping delivered. Please avoid Majestic Mews until it has had huge refurbishment. It should not take more...

"Be prepared to be disappointed if you book at this property. While the property is functional and clean, it has a number of issues that are not properly disclosed. Firstly there is a scaffolding that blocks the entire main view of the beach - so you don’t get the view shown in the pics. "Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! "I couldn’t have picked a better location. Instructions were perfect so arrived and got keys and straight into lovely light flat on raised ground floor. An alarm was going off. Realised smoke alarm. My contact got back to me immediately I told him and then the alarm died. I discovered a leak from upstairs had caused it! Put right however I had a few people in and out which did disturb my privacy a little. I had no hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom"
