"Lost my bag after I left it at the front desk and the staff said they would take care of it. Had all my personal items and some very valuable. Since the bag has gone missing they have done nothing to help and resolve the issue. Apologies in the beginning but now that I am out of town they won’t even ..."

"Clean rooms very close to MD Anderson and had no problems driving or walking to and from the hospital. Very trendy hotel and easy to get oort of traffic."

Grand Tuscany Hotel
"The property was fine. The staff was ok. However, we chked in specifically to use the facilities, the pool, to be exact, and to our dismay, it was closed for maintenance for the entirety of our stay."
