"The room and breakfast was great but I’m early riser need coffee to wake up so I had some issues with the coffee machine broken we called few times to fix only by the last day before checking out they took care of the issue bit upsetting and we called few times the hotel shuttle that it was offered ..."

"Great hotel. My room was very clean. Bar/restaurant on site with reasonable prices. Front staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They have a breakfast buffet for I think $16-19. Starbucks coffee on site."

Grand Tuscany Hotel
"Cleaning must be on low budget. Carpets in the hallways were very dirty. Room cleaning was also low quality. Made the bed and added towels... that's all. Asked the receptionist three days in a row for someone to clean a dirty mirror and to fix my desk lamp.. fixed the fourth day.. Paid parking and ..."
