High-Speed Wi-Fi & Smart TV: Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi or unwind with your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV.
Essentials Provided: We’ve stocked the home with fresh linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, and shampoo for your convenience.

Private Parking: There are two designated carport spaces behind the townhouse, so parking is easy and convenient.

Getting Around:
You can park under the carport. There are 2 spots or I highly recommend using ride sharing services you can use Uber or Lyft.

✅ Easy Check-In Process for your Rental Agreement, ID Verification & Security Hold
To complete check-in, we use a secure web-based system called Happy Guest. You’ll receive a link to complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (not a deposit). This is similar to checking in at a hotel, but done online for your convenience. Please note that arrival instructions will only be shared once these steps are completed, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. You’ll also receive a personalized guidebook with home details, local recommendations, and updates like early check-in or late checkout when available. Feel free to message us with any questions!

⚫Pets are welcome with prior approval — please let us know before arrival.
⚫A $100 flat fee applies per stay (covers up to 3 pets), due before check-in.
⚫Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
⚫Guests must clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
⚫Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
⚫Unapproved pets may incur a $150 violation fee.
